Bonnie Young, age 72, died on Tuesday, June 27^th at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born in Devils Lake, ND as the youngest of three children.

After high school Bonnie joined the United States Army and then worked for the Indiana University Police Department. Most recently she owned her own business Bonnie Young Promotions.

Bonnie loved animals and spent her happiest years with her horses, cats, and dogs in Bloomington, IN with her husband of twenty-two years Vernon Young.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Othmar and Agnes Stoffel, and sister, Judy (Stoffel) Brown. Bonnie was the much-loved mother of Kathryn (Brian) Aubol, Steve (Michelle) Kennedy, and Tim (Jeri) Kennedy, step-mother of Craig (Girlfriend Meria) Young, sister of Nancy Stoffel, grandmother of Breann (Blake) Scharpe, Kane Aubol, Kolton Aubol, Dawn (Mark) Kennedy, Steven (Jasmine) Kennedy, Matthew (Paige) Kennedy, and Samuel (Kristen) Kennedy, Caroline Kennedy, Claire Kennedy, Meredith Kennedy, step-grandmother of Hunter Young, Taylor Young, Bailey Young and their mother Karen Young, great grandmother of Peyton Kennedy, Brinley Scharpe, and Bowen Scharpe, and aunt of Kimberley Brown and Brenda Schull.

There will be a private gathering held at the family home.
